A yoga teacher and life coach with over 25 years of teaching experience and exploration in the health and fitness world, Cindy Walker teaches a variety of yoga styles and is known for her eclectic flair that weaves comprehensive wellness disciplines into her classes.
Following the wisdom of the eight limbs of yoga theory, Cindy focuses on breath technique, gentle movement, creative imagery, humor, psychology, and mindful restorative practices. She is actively involved in the yoga community throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. When not doing yoga, Cindy enjoys nature with her husband, teen daughter, and pooches.
