Specific time is given to injury, chronic pain or movement restrictions. These sessions are all about you!

With a set of goals in mind, we create a movement practice that fits you. An Exercise routine that you will love and be motivated to do for your overall health and well being. Time is aloted for the psychology of exercise and health motivation.
